January Release from Freckled Fawn
Every month on the 1st of the month, Freckled Fawn releases a new kit. You can become a subscriber, but their subscriptions are different than most. You build your own subscription! So if you want to receive the alphabet stickers every month and the enamel dots/shapes, you can receive just those. You'll also receive a small discount as a subscriber. In addition, on the 1st of the month, you can add other items to your package and receive free shipping on those items. You can purchase more of the kit items such as adding 2 sets of the chipboard and a set of the washi tapes or add some rolls of washi tape from their shop.
Each month they release a coordinating collection. They offer a wide variety of new items. These are the items they always release in the kit:
- Washi tape sheets
- Enamel dots/shapes
- Alphabet stickers
- 3x4 pocket cards
- Label stickers
- 6x8 papers
- Traveler's notebook papers
The enamel dots this month are dots, stars, and hearts. They are yellow and white glitter. The glitter doesn't photograph super well, but you can see little specks and that's the glitter. They're beautiful and sparkly in person!
The chipboard stars!! Love the different shades of blue and the fact that they are all glittery. Seriously, I am not covered in glitter. Nor is my table.
When you purchase the washi tape stickers, you always get 2 sheets. They include a variety of patterns and sentiments. These are very different every month and frequently reflect a season or holiday. However, the entire sheet isn't geared towards that season or holiday which is really nice because every holiday or theme doesn't work for everyone.
This is the label stickers this month. I love these stickers! Slick Writers and Sharpies work well on them. These are great for adding dates, info, names, journaling, etc.
These are this month's alphabet stickers! Love this dark blue. You can see that you get a ton of each each so you can actually use them for a number of words and names not just one or two. You even get numbers which are great for dates.
These bins are how I store my kits from certain companies including Freckled Fawn. These cute white bins are from IKEA. They are called Variera and are only $2.79 each! They are a heavy duty plastic not flimsy like those clear plastic shoebox storage bins.
I store my alphabets, label stickers, chipboard, washi stickers, and enamel dots from Freckled Fawn in a Variera bin. The pocket cards I don't store in here. I'll share in a future blog post how I store my pocket cards.
Note: I am not compensated for these products in anyway from the manufacturer. I purchased them and am sharing my opinion on the products.
