Some of My Holiday Favorites

With the holiday season in full swing, I stocked up a ton of pocket scrapbooking kits and embellishments. I'll be sharing these fabulous companies with you in the upcoming new year. I'm really excited to get back into scrapbooking after a 2 year break to take care of my severe health issues. I have so many photos to scrapbook especially after this year. Even though 2020 was struggle for many of us in many ways, our family did find ways to handle our stress and get out of the house safely. We are very grateful for the New York State park system and the fact that state parks opened earlier in the year.

These acrylic and wood veneer embellishments are from
Color Cast Designs. I can't wait to share their embellishments with you! They have a monthly release and a subscription kit.

Scrappin Happy Studio is a fantastic embellishment company I stumbled up on Etsy. She has launched her own website. Scrappin Happy Studio offers regular releases on epoxy flair, flair, and die cue embellishments. She also takes requests!

Elle's Studio offers a monthly release including a subscription as well additional collections throughout the year. She offers a wonderful variety of embellishments, stamps, dies, and of course pocket scrapbooking cards.

Kiwi Lane is a bit different. They offer a monthly subscription which includes 12x12 papers and pocket cards along with plastic templates. In addition, they have a whole catalog of plastic templates.

Close To My Heart released this gorgeous collection called Serenity. Serenity has a full paper crafting line including scrapbook papers, stickers coordinating cardstock, embellishments, scrapbooking workshop kit, card making workshop kit, Cricut digital cartridge, pocket cards, and coordinating stamps and dies.

There's just something about this collection (Serenity) that screams happiness to me. It works well for many of the holidays and winter. I can also see this making beautiful Mother's Day, birthday, and sympathy cards. Personally, I'm not really into flowers, but I find this collection to be absolutely stunning. Maybe it's all of the beautiful blues which I associate with both Christmas and winter.

Do you need photos printed? Walgreens has a special where if you print 100+ photos this week (sale ends Saturday), they are only 9 cents a print! I've been using them to print my photos throughout December for a few reasons. One, I didn't want to wait for my photos to come by mail as we've all seen the disaster which has happened at the USPS. Second, I live .6 miles from a Walgreens. I drive by the place almost every time I leave my house so I have no excuse not to get them. Third, I actually like their quality. If there's a problem, they'll reprint them right away for me. I even started printing my Christmas cards there a few years ago. I buy the postage stamps when I pick up the cards. Saves me a trip to the post office.

Note: I am not compensated for these products in anyway from the manufacturer. I purchased them and am sharing my opinion on the products.
